True to the nature of our service, we are deemed an essential business during the pandemic and therefore continue to provide exceptional service with minimal disruption. eCRES 247 takes every step to ensure the health and safety of our clients and employees in an effort to reduce further spreading of the virus and to ensure that we’ll be available to provide the service you have come to expect from eCares 247.
As the pandemic continues to evolve, with the possibility of turning into an ongoing endemic, we will be monitoring the situation closely and adjusting our policies and procedures in strict adherence to government regulations and in accordance with expert recommendations.
COVID-19 Response
It is our policy to order every employee that suffers symptoms that may be consistent with COVID-19 to stay home or in isolation, and to seek COVID testing in the first available opportunity. Employees have been instructed, both at home and at the workplace, to wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds at a time whenever possible, use hand sanitizer often, avoid touching eyes, nose, mouth with unwashed hands, avoid contact with anyone who is sick, cover the nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, and used recommended face covering in all work and public places.
Enhanced cleaning procedures and record keeping have been universally implemented. Frequency of cleaning and disinfection has been significantly increased in all common areas and high contact points, including tables and countertops, door handles, computers keyboards and mice, phones, faucet knobs and handles, electric and light switches, inside of vehicles including door handles, etc. Pre-screenings for infection risk assessment are conducted prior to visiting any jobsite. Contact tracking is in place for the office and in job locations.
Our staff will be mindful of social distancing wherever they are for the safety of our clients and staff. Disposal gloves will be worn in our shop and in all job sites. We will continue to ensure all items of client’s equipment are thoroughly cleaned in accordance to our eCARES 247 procedures and standards.
